Lower School Colonial Project

Winston's Lower School (grades K–6) is divided into four "core" levels in which students are grouped by age and social maturity. The Lower School curriculum is unique in many ways, including cross-grouping by skill level for instruction in reading, math and language arts. In areas such as science and social studies, techniques are employed in order to bypass reading and writing disabilities and allow students to understand the content presented.
