What is the Annual Fund?

The Annual Fund gives WSSA the flexibility to allocate resources where they are needed most. This allows WSSA to offer tuition assistance, increase diversity, recruit and retain outstanding faculty, provide ongoing professional development and provide high-quality programs in a first-rate facility. Gifts are tax-deductible and make it possible to reduce the gap between the actual cost to educate a WSSA student and the yearly tuition.

How may I contribute?

Contributions are welcome throughout the year and can be made in one payment, in semiannual or quarterly payments, or through monthly payments. Payment options include personal check, money order, Visa or MasterCard, and can be mailed, done on our website or called in by phone.

Gifts by Mail: Fill in the Donation Form, then print and mail it with a check or credit card information to: Winston School Development Office, 8565 Ewing Halsell, San Antonio, TX 78229.

Gifts via the Internet (this is a secure site): Click on the box "Make a Donation - Make a Difference for a Child," make a donation, and complete the form.

Gifts by Phone: Call the Winston School Development Office at (210) 615-7485 and make your donation. The gift will be processed the same day that you provide your credit card number and expiration date. The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Gifts of Stock: Many people choose to support the Annual Fund through gifts of stock. Please call the Development Office at (210) 615-7485 for more information.

Workplace Giving

Can my gift be matched?

If you or your company is employed by a matching gift company, you can double or even triple the value of your gift to the Winston School San Antonio. Please ask your company representative to tell you about their matching program. Many companies provide a form while others allow electronic submission. Your level of recognition will include credit from your employee matching program. If your company does not have a matching program, perhaps you can recommend that they adopt one.

Local Independent Charities

The following federal, state and local giving campaigns honor your donation to The Winston School when you write the campaign's designated number on your donation form. The numbers are listed below, but feel free to call the Development Office for the number when it is time to donate.

What are the giving levels?

Donors are invited to join one of the following annual giving levels:

Prime Minister's Council	—	$5,000 and above
President's Council	—	$2,000–$4,999
Legacy Society	—	$1,000 and above
Sponsors	—	$100–$499
Donors	—	$50–$99
Contributors	—	Under $50
