Continuing Education Credits:


The 29th Annual learning has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the UT Health Science Center San Antonio School of Medicine and The Winston School San Antonio. The UT Health Science Center San Antonio School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

  • The Winston School San Antonio is an approved provider of Continuing Professional Development Education for Teachers by the State Board of Education. (TEA I.D. #500962) This program is approved for a maximum of 5.5 CE credits.
  • The Winston School San Antonio is an approved provider of social work continuing education by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners. (Provider #5313) This program offers up to 5.5 Social Work CE credits.
  • The Winston School San Antonio is an approved provider of professional counselor continuing education by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors (Provider #930). This program offers up to 5.5 Professional Counselor CE credits.
  • UTHSCSA will designate this educational activity for a maximum of 5.25 AMA PRA Category 1 credits™. 3.0 hours meet the Texas Medical Board criteria for formal continuing medical education involving the study of medical ethics and/or professional responsibility
  • This program will be approved for 5.5 CE credits by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).
  • This program will be approved by the Academic Language Therapy  Association (ALTA) for 5.5 CE credits.
  • This program will be approved by the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing-Association (TSHA) for 5 CE credits. TSHA approval does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedures.
