National Honor Society

(Grades 10-12)

The National Honor Society was established to recognize outstanding upper school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated scholastic excellence by maintaining a cumulative grade point average of at least 90. Nominations are made by the faculty and are based on the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Students selected to be considered to join NHS will be required to complete application materials. Membership in the WSSA chapter of NHS not only recognizes students for their accomplishments, but also challenges them to develop further through active involvement in school activities and community service.
