The Board of Trustees
The Winston School San Antonio is a private 501c3 non-profit organization formed under the laws of the State of Texas, governed by a Board of Trustees. Our trustees act as guardians of the school’s mission and its primary work and focus are long-range and strategic, consistent with the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Principles of Good Practice. The Board of Trustees represents a broad spectrum of experience, interest groups, and skill sets working towards a common goal of ensuring the health and success of The Winston School San Antonio.
