Teamwork looks a little different when you can't see where you're going.
As part of our in-service team building activities, our teachers and staff took on a challenge with a purpose: working together to build backpacks filled with school supplies for families at the Ronald McDonald House San Antonio.
One team member at a time was blindfolded and tasked with finding the supplies needed to complete a shopping list, while their teammates provided verbal guidance and encouragement along the way. What started as a fun challenge quickly became a great lesson in communication, trust, collaboration, and teamwork.
And best of all, our team-building efforts will make a difference beyond our campus by providing students with supplies they need for the school year.
