WINSTON SCHOOL PARENT ASSOCIATION
The mission of the Winston School Parent Association (WSPA) is to develop a strong membership that collaborates with The Winston School San Antonio to enhance and support the educational experience and to develop a closer connection between the school and our families by encouraging family involvement.
Every parent or guardian of a Winston School student is automatically a member of the WSPA. It is hard to imagine a more powerful team than a school and its parents working together for the good of their children!

VOLUNTEERING
Volunteering can be rewarding! It helps you meet other parents and gives you deeper insights into the lives of your children and their classmates. Most importantly, volunteering is an expression of your interest in and commitment to your child’s educational experience. And when you are involved in your child’s school life, he or she will take greater pride in what they do and all that they accomplish at school!
There are numerous opportunities for parents to be involved in campus life and develop community with other parents by volunteering for school-related events and activities on an optional and flexible basis.
Here are a few examples of volunteer opportunities:
- Class Representative
- Uniform Closet
- Library Assistant
- WSPA Planning Committees
- Admissions Parent Ambassador
- Booster Club
- Fall Festival
- Book Fair
- Grandparents and Special Friends Day
- Poinsettia Sales
- Valentine's Day Fundraiser
- Faculty Appreciation
- Gala and Silent Auction
- Learning Symposium
If you have an interest in volunteering, please complete this Application form. If you have any questions, please contact Katelyn Dovalina, Associate Director of Advancement, at kdovalina@winston-sa.org or at 210-615-7485.
