Mr. Morales graduated with a Bachelor of Communications, with a major in Radio, Television, and Film, from the Universidad Regiomontana in Monterrey, Mexico. He was the co-owner of a digital media company in San Antonio, Texas, for over 20 years before joining Winston in 2012.
