Miguel Preciado

Miguel Preciado has been with WSSA since 2025. Prior to joining WSSA, he worked as a math and science teacher in 1st and 2nd grade. He has also taught 3rd and 5th grade English Language Arts. Prior to being in San Antonio, he was also a teacher in San Diego, California. Miguel has been teaching for 8  years and currently teaches 6th grade English Language Arts. He graduated from Los Angeles University with a degree in Liberal Studies.

At WSSA, Mr. Preciado is passionate about helping students become confident readers and writers while building a supportive and creative classroom environment. When he is not teaching, he enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and working on robotics projects with his students through the school’s robotics club.
