Sometimes building a strong team starts with simply getting to know one another a little better. During our most recent staff meeting, our faculty and staff took a break from the usual agenda to play a game of Never Have I Ever. While the game itself was lighthearted, the questions sparked conversations, laughter, and moments of connection that gave us an opportunity to learn a little more about the people we work alongside every day. Building a strong school community isn't only about what happens in the classroom. It's also about knowing, understanding, and appreciating the people who make up our team. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Heather Gregg, upper-school science teacher. Ms. Gregg has had a lifelong love of science and earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Eastern Washington University. After college, she went to work in Alaska collecting fisheries data. With field experience and passion for teaching, she returned to the classroom and attained a Masters in Teaching from Whitworth University. She has taught a variety of science courses in Washington, California, and Texas. Outside the classroom, Heather loves to travel and see the world. We can't wait to see the incredible impact she'll be making in the classroom and in the Winston community.
