Advocacy Through Outreach and Education
The Winston School San Antonio is more than a school; it is an incomparable community resource that serves to improve the lives of students with learning differences in and around San Antonio. Winston offers professional development for teachers, counselors, social workers, and others.
We believe that collaboration in the learning process is essential. That means that our impact must extend beyond the classroom, into developing relationships with outside resources that may be appropriate for our students.
Through programs like our Annual Learning Symposium and The Winston Learning Series, Winston is able to foster a culture of continuing education for parents, teachers, and other professionals in the area.
